The Avenue Home Loans is a boutique mortgage brokerage established by Clair George and Jasmin Wilson. The Avenue aims to deliver tailored mortgage broking solutions with superior customer service. Offering a local and mobile service, we are happy to see you at a time and place of your convenience. 

With more than 30 years combined experience in the industry, Clair and Jasmin have developed strong relationships with over 30 lenders, allowing them the opportunity to negotiate the best rates on your behalf and give you the fastest turnaround time on your application.

Providing Residential and Investment Loans and specialising in first home buyers through to complex loan scenarios, The Avenue looks forward to guiding you on your path to success, whatever your home loan requirements.

Clair George

With over 20 years of experience, Clair prides herself on her strong relationships with her clients, lenders and referral partners.

With her long-term industry experience, Clair has taken it to the next step to establish her own boutique brokerage The Avenue Home Loans.

Clair has a strong passion for the work she does and is highly experienced in providing residential and investment loans. Specialising in complex loan scenarios including bridging finance, guarantor loans and construction loans, she also enjoys working with First Home Buyers guiding them through the process of buying their first home or investment property.

Her strong relationships with a multitude of lenders allows for a fast turnaround time, competitive rates and seamless and stress free experience.

Jasmin Wilson

Jasmin has an extensive knowledge of the property market and finance sector, a thorough understanding of lending practices, and an ability to successfully cut through red tape on behalf of her clients. 

She provides a great customer service on every transaction understanding that her clients expect to receive prompt, clear and concise communications and as such, always goes out of her way to maintain constant contact throughout the application process and beyond. 

Whether assisting first home buyers looking to get their foot on the property ladder, or aiding seasoned investors hoping to secure their tenth property, Jasmin always makes sure that she secures the optimum loan structure to suit every clients individual requirements - with minimal fuss and stress.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCESS

At The Avenue Home Loans, we always work hard to build strong and lasting relationships with our valued customers.  By listening to your feedback, not only can we address any immediate concerns you may have, we will also continually improve our products and services.

We know there are times when you may wish to compliment us on something we have done well and other times when you may wish to tell us we have not met your expectations.

If, for any reason, you do not feel that you have received the highest standard of care from us, we encourage you to share this with us.  We have developed a process that we believe makes it easy for you to tell us of your concerns and for them to be addressed quickly and fairly.

If you choose to contact us by mail or email, please make sure you provide as much detail as possible about your complaint.

We will try to deal with your complaint on the spot.  However, if this is not possible, we will write to you to acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours of receipt.  We will ensure we treat you fairly and will work to resolve your complaint as soon as possible.  In the rare event we are still investigating your complaint after 30 days we will write to you to explain why and to let you know when we expect to have completed our investigation. When we have completed our investigation, we will write to let you know the outcome and the reasons for our decision.

Taking it further

We hope that you will be satisfied with how we deal with your complaint.  However, if your concerns remain unresolved, or you have not heard from us within 30 days, then you can have your complaint heard by our external disputes resolution scheme, AFCA, an independent party.  You can contact AFCA at:
